HARVEST Handpicked, early in the morning or late in the afternoon, grapes are placed in small trays and kept in cold cells before being taken to the winery.
FERMENTATION Verdicchio is made from grapes which are handpicked when they are slightly over ripe. After soft pressing, the must is channelled into cooling containers and brought to 5°C for static decanting. Then it is transferred into steel tanks, and is vinified at controlled temperature to preserve its aromas. The wine matures in steel containers, at controller temperature, until sterile bottling.
COLOUR Bright straw yellow with greenish hues.
BOUQUET Intense and rich, floral and pleasantly fruity, with vegetal notes of aromatic herbs.
TASTE Balanced, persistent, full and savoury, with a pleasant slightly bitter finish.
