HARVEST Picked at mid-September, grapes are conveyed to the winery in small containers, and after a careful selection, they are vinified.
FERMENTATION Once destemmed, grapes are conveyed in steel vats, where temperature-controlled fermentation takes place. Maceration on the skins takes about 20 days with daily pump-overs, almost always closed to better preserve the fruity and floral scents peculiar to this wine.
COLOUR Intense ruby red with purple hues.
BOUQUET Uniquely rich of aromas. Intense, pleasant fruity scents of strawberries and morello cherries and floral scents of violet and rose blossoms.
GUSTO Velvety mouthfeel, slightly tannic and with light herbal hints, perfectly balanced with the nose.
