Bright yellow with silver hues. Delicate perlage and persistent. Intense, elegant nuances of white fruit and citron along with very light fragrant, floral hints of acacia blossoms. Remarkably savory and fresh tasting. Intense scents of white flowers, delicate hints of pear and apple, lively citrus sensations pleasantly contrasted by the smoothness and delicate perlage. Excellent persistence with a corresponding pleasant nose-palate.

A refined and persistent perlage for Passerina made by the Charmat method. A perfect sparkling wine for an aperitif but also for a fried dish in summer with the sea in view.
